Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day if your order is placed before 3.30pm. For orders placed with the Next Day Delivery option after Friday 3.30pm, your order will be dispatched on the next available working day, so in this instance your order will be dispatched on Monday and delivered the following day (not including Bank Holidays). We will inform you via email when your order is dispatched. We will provide you with tracking information which will be available to view once your order has been dispatched, details of which will be view-able by signing in to your Grilla Fitness Account. Depending on the delivery option selected you may also receive and e-mail and/or text message with tracking information and details of your expected delivery time.

Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave with a neighbour or a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.If you authorize the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place, this is at your own risk.Please be aware that bank holidays and busy periods can affect the speed of deliveries.
